Zwift, the global online training platform, is partnering with New Balance to bring a once in a lifetime opportunity to win a bib for the 2020 Virgin Money London Marathon.
The Virgin Money London Marathon is the most popular marathon in the world with over 450,000 people applying through the ballot this year. With a comparatively few 40,000 places up for grabs, this makes entry into the marathon one of the most exclusive mass-participation sporting events in the world.
For those who missed out this year, Zwift has partnered with New Balance to present a very rare opportunity to secure a spot at the 2020 event taking place on April 26th. The competition, which is open to anyone, also includes a travel allowance of $1,500 to spend on the trip.
So what do you need to do? To be in with a chance, entrants must sign up to the New Balance Marathon Mission in Zwift and run a total of 26.2 miles during the month of December. Completing the challenge will unlock the New Balance Run Club kit and all finishers will be entered into a drawing for the grand prize of a bib to the 2020 Virgin Money London Marathon.

Zwift Run is a free to use app available on the iOS App Store and Google Play. To power your avatar in game, Zwifters will require either a bluetooth enabled footpod, such as the Zwift RunPod, or a Bluetooth enabled treadmill.
