The WTCS Grand Finals in Pontevedra provided more epic action in Spain on Sunday as Britain’s Beth Potter was crowned world champion for 2023.

The Leeds-based Scot romped to a sensational success to top the series standings and complete a fantastic season, which also included that hugely impressive win in the recent Paris Test Event.

She was chased home by British team-mate Kate Waugh with French star Cassandre BeaugrandPotter’s nearest rival for the title going into Sunday’s race – taking the final spot on the podium.
