Lionel Sanders continued his impressive start to the season on home turf on Sunday, as the Canadian maestro took his sixth career win at IRONMAN 70.3 Mont-Tremblant.

Too strong for the rest of the field on the run, the Windsor native pulled away over the half marathon to take his second successive IRONMAN Pro Series victory in 2024.

Ben Kanute clinched his first podium of the season in second, with Matthew Marquardt, who like Sanders was also returning to racing after a stress fracture, finished in third.
